Rates
Please note that all fees are payable upfront for the month and due before the 5th of each month. Please note that sessions cannot be carried over from one month to another. All sessions bought within a package must be used within the same month unless agreed with Juliet.
Classes and sessions
Private and Semi-Private sessions: A weekly time slot is reserved a month ahead of time. Unless in the case of an emergency and both agreed upon by the instructor and the client, there will be no exception to the calendar months’ notice when ‘giving up’ their time slot, and no ‘missed appointments’ will be credited from one month to the next.
Punctuality
In fairness to all our clients, we keep strictly to session/class times. We cannot extend your session if you are late. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your session/class starts.
Mobile phones
Please leave all mobile phones on silent and notifications off, except in the case of an emergency.
Semi-private and private session bookings
All bookings are recurring, and please check via Octiv at the start of each month to ensure that a time slot has been reserved for you. You are expected to commit to a ‘set’ time slot each week. No classes are carried forward from month to month. All sessions should be cancelled within 24 hours. Clients will be charged for all missed appointments or absences, but when cancelled within the time frame, the option of a ‘make-up’ session within the same month is available. These sessions are not guaranteed, but we will try our very best to accommodate you where possible.
